Online Method: Renewing NOL Card via the RTA Website

Roads and Transport Authority’s (RTA) official portal provides an easy method to renew your Nol Card, but you have to ensure that you can only renew it before or after 5 days of its expiry.

Now, hover your mouse over the “Public Transport” on the homepage of the RTA Website. Then to “nol” and choose “explore nol“.

Now, find the “Renew Travel Pass” option, and you will be directed to the next page.

You will be given two steps:

1. 1. Card details: in which you will provide your nol’s tag ID number which is a Ten-digit number.
   2. Payment: in which you will be asked to pay the renewal fees.

After the payment process is completed, it might take 45 minutes to 4 hours to activate your card. Then simply use your card at any online parking meter or metro gate.

Offline Method: Renewing NOL Card via Metro Stations

Metro stations can provide a much easier method to renew your NOL card. Simply ask any representative and give your card, specify your travel zones, and tell them the desired validity period. You can pay either through cash or a bank card, and then your Nol Card will be renewed.
