Through the Mobile App

You can also check your ID through their ICA UAE app which is available for both iOS and Android. Here’s how you can use it:

Step 1: Go to Google Play Store or Apple App Store and Search for ICA UAE app

Step 2: Open the application and enter your credentials to either create your account or login to your existing account.

Step 3: Once you are logged in then go to “Check ID Status” option in the main menu section.

Step 4: Enter your PRAN/ID number and click on the Submit button.

Step 5: After submitting, you can check the status of your Emirates ID.

If the internet is not available to you then you can simply call on the helpline.

Step 1: Open your mobile phone and click on the dialer app. Open your dialer and type “600522222” number.

Step 2: Choose your language by pressing the corresponding number on your dial pad.

Step 3: The agent will guide you through the steps so provide your PRAN/ID number and share any information they request.

Step 4: The agent will provide you with any information you will request like the status of your Emirates ID or if there is any issue with your Emirates ID.

Adults require a three-year ID card, whereas children under the age of 15 require a two-year ID.
